Julian Pugh has extensive experience in democratic and electoral processes, currently serving as a Democratic Services Administrator at Worcester City Council since August 2011. Following redundancy from Worcestershire County Council, Julian returned to Worcester City Council to support elected Members and public engagement. In addition to this role, Julian operates as an Independent School Appeals Clerk for local academies and previously served as Clerk to Governors at Perdiswell Primary School, providing essential administrative support. Julian has also worked as a School Appeals Clerk for Oxfordshire County Council and has a strong background in governance and appeals management from previous positions at Worcestershire County Council and Worcester City Council.
