Bo-Guen Kim has work experience as a Technical Project Manager at Woowa Bros. since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an SCM Specialist at Posco SDS from June 2014 to May 2022.

보근 김 completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 한국과학기술원 (KAIST) from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
