With over 2.5 years of experience as a Senior Web Back End Developer at Palm Technology, Phen Leng has developed various web applications and websites, including real estate and stock management systems. Phen Leng's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and workforce development training from Passerelles Numériques Cambodia.
