Josien Schoterman is an experienced HR strategist and consultant with a strong background in human resources, learning, and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR and Learning & Development Strategist at IJsselheem since April 2020, Josien also operates as a coach through JS Coach & Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as HRM Coordinator for the municipality of Steenwijkerland, Lean Coordinator at the municipality of Zwartewaterland, and various policy advisor positions across multiple municipalities. Josien holds a Master's degree in Management from Open Universiteit and has attained a Black Belt certification in Lean practices, among other qualifications. Continuous professional development includes training from institutions such as Sioo and Scrum@Work.
