Jamal Elghoul is an experienced treasury advisor and interim manager with a strong background in the Dutch social housing industry. Since November 2017, Jamal has served as Treasury Adviseur at Mooiland, while also holding interim management positions at Portaal and Woonzorg Nederland since April 2017. Additionally, Jamal provides treasury advisory services to multiple organizations, including Mitros, Clavis, and De Key. As a partner at Networking Consultants since March 2011, Jamal focuses on Audit, Risk, and Compliance services for the international financial sector. Jamal is also the owner of Elghoul Management Services, established in February 2008, and previously advised Treasury at Dunavie from May 2014 to September 2022. Jamal's educational background includes studies at R.S.M. from 2000 to 2003 and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1993 to 1997.
