Seth Maney is a seasoned professional in real estate, community, and economic development, currently serving as the Infrastructure Planning Team Leader at Woolpert since July 2021. In addition to this role, Seth co-founded and owns Alice, recognized as the Best New Bar in CityBeat's Best of Cincinnati 2023, and has been the owner of the Seth Maney Group since December 2012, focusing on real estate and community development. Seth also holds the position of President at Maney & Associates, a full-service real estate company established in 1987. Previously, Seth served as Executive Vice President at Urban Sites, a leader in historic renovations and urban redevelopment. Seth holds a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Community and Economic Development, and has a background in studies from the University of Dayton from 2005 to 2008.
