Nathan Hopper Ph.D., PMP is a seasoned project manager and lead scientist at Woolpert since March 2018. Previously, Nathan served as a scientist at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from June 2016 to March 2018 and held the position of physical scientist at the Naval Oceanographic Office from June 2003 to June 2016. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Geography from The University of Southern Mississippi, obtained between 2009 and 2013, a Master's of Science in Geography, Geographic Information Technology & Remote Sensing from the same institution (2002-2004), and dual Bachelor's degrees in Geography and GIS from East Tennessee State University (1997-2001).
