Libby Martin is a seasoned technical writer and editor with extensive experience in proposal coordination and grants development. Currently serving as a Technical Writer II at Woolpert since June 2017, Libby has previously held roles such as Grants Development Coordinator at Sinclair Community College and Senior Technical Editor at Wright State University’s Department of Computer Science and Engineering. With a proven track record in managing and coordinating high-stakes proposals, Libby edited and coordinated over 50 military proposals at BTAS, Inc., contributing to significant contract wins. Earlier career highlights include working as a Proposal Coordinator at WorkflowOne and managing customer accounts at MeadWestvaco. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Professional and Technical Writing from Wright State University.
