James Whitcomb is an experienced Application Developer in the Geospatial & Technology sector at Woolpert since September 2016. Prior to this role, James worked as a Web Mapping Developer at CACI International Inc from January 2000 to August 2016, where responsibilities included administering, managing, and developing web mapping capabilities and ESRI ArcGIS Server/ArcIMS map services for the US Air Force's Pacific Air Forces (PACAF). James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Portland State University between 1995 and 1999.
