Jessica Howard, MSc, is an experienced communications professional with a focus on graphic design and multimedia, currently serving as an Arctic Communications Specialist at Woodwell Climate Research Center since April 2022. Previously, Jessica worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at San Francisco State University's Estuary & Ocean Science Center and held roles as a Multimedia Specialist at Oceana and a Freelance Social Media Designer and Content Creator for Protect the Arctic. Jessica has a comprehensive background in graphic design, evidenced by a lengthy tenure at the Society of Hospital Medicine, where responsibilities included Graphic Designer and Education and Meetings Assistant. Early experience encompasses a Marketing, Communications, and Events Assistant role at the University City Science Center. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Culture, Communication, and Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, both from Drexel University.
