Rod Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in control systems and engineering. Since March 2011, Rod has served as a Senior Staff Control System Analyst at Woodward, focusing on the modeling, simulation, and analysis of control systems for BLDC motors used in gas turbine operations. Prior to this role, Rod worked as a Simulation and Controls Engineer at Spirae, where expertise in power systems and smart grid technologies was developed. Earlier career positions include Controls Engineer at Colorado Railcar, Simulation Engineer at Lockheed Martin, and academic roles as an Adjunct Professor and Visiting Professor at Colorado State University and North Dakota State University, respectively.
