Caroline Stancil is an accomplished professional in advancement and alumni relations, currently serving as the Director of Advancement at Woodward Academy since July 2014. In this role, Caroline oversees advancement operations, annual giving, special events, and engages alumni and the community, collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and capital projects. Previously, Caroline held the position of Director of Alumni Relations at Woodward Academy, managing relationships with over 12,000 alumni and directing alumni programs and communications. Earlier experience includes roles at The Westminster Schools, Fiveash Stanley, Inc., Capitol Strategy Group, Inc., and the Georgia State Senate. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and Art History from The University of Alabama.
