William Elkington is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Woodside Hotel Group since June 2018, William has held several key positions, including Director of Group Sales. Prior roles include National Sales Manager at Destination Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality, Associate Director of Sales at Azul Hospitality Group, and various sales management positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where competencies in group and complex sales were developed. William's career began with a leadership role as Lectures Chair at the University of Minnesota Duluth, overseeing event planning, budgeting, and innovative marketing strategies. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Foreign Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
