Sheldon Gomez is an experienced construction manager currently serving at Woodside Energy since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sheldon worked at BHP Petroleum from March 2019 to July 2022, holding positions such as Principal Project Engineer III in construction and HSEQ Manager. Sheldon's experience at BHP from January 2007 to February 2019 includes key roles such as Construction Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed construction activities in BHP’s North American Shale fields, development of construction procedures with a focus on HSE and Quality, and readiness to meet drilling rig schedules. Additionally, Sheldon contributed to the Macedon Gas Project in Onslow, Australia, and served as a Senior Construction Engineer for the Angostura Gas Project.
