Jennifer Lopez is an experienced legal and corporate governance professional currently serving as Team Lead for Subsidiary Management at Woodside Energy since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent over a decade at BHP as Manager Company Secretary, overseeing corporate governance for 136 entities across 22 countries and managing a diverse portfolio including joint ventures and integrated companies. Jennifer's career also includes serving as Principal Company Secretary at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and as Associate Attorney, focusing on corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University.
