Shawna Hunt currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development and Interim Chief People Officer at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shawna Hunt was a Senior Learning and Development Consultant and Learning and Development Consultant at Gallup from February 2016 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Leadership Development Consultant at Consumers Energy from February 2012 to January 2016 and holding multiple positions at Sea Star Line Shipping Agency, including Assistant Vice President Customer Service, Organizational Development Manager, and Training Specialist from May 2004 to August 2011.
