Jennifer Rock, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since September 2023. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at TNTP from 2005 to September 2023, including Director of Total Rewards, Senior Manager of Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation), and Director of Operations. Jennifer's experience also includes the position of Contracts & Compliance Manager at TNTP, an internship at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in early 2011, and an Alumni Relations Coordinator at Hunter College from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Jennifer worked as the Director of Operations at Mercy College from 2006 to 2008 and as an Operations Associate at TNTP from 2005 to 2006. Jennifer Rock earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy & Management from Hunter College (2008-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland (2000-2004).
