John Santavicca Jr has extensive experience in real estate management and sales, currently serving as a Regional Community Manager at Woodmont Properties since June 2013, previously holding the role of Community Manager. Prior to this, John worked as a Broker Associate at Keller Williams Elite Realtors and as an Assistant Property Manager at Home Properties. Earlier career roles include Sales Director at Cohen Realty Group, Leasing Coordinator at Home Properties, and various positions in leasing and client support at other companies. John’s expertise spans property management, leasing, sales, marketing, customer service, and compliance in real estate transactions. Education was completed at Spotswood High School from 1992 to 1996.
