Jay Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Woodlands Bank since January 2022, Jay has a strong focus on fostering personal relationships to facilitate customer growth. As General Manager of Wayne Twp. Landfill since 1996, Jay oversees a wide range of waste disposal and recycling services. In addition, Jay has held the position of President at PA Energy Vision, LLC since 2011, specializing in excavating and site work, and owns partnerships in Big Woods Realty, LLC and Big Woods Properties, LLC, focusing on real estate transactions in north central Pennsylvania. Previously, Jay contributed to First Citizens Community Bank as a board member from 2012 to 2021 and worked as a Foreman in heavy highway construction at HRI, Williamsport, from 1991 to 1996. Jay is a graduate of Williamsport Area High School, class of 1987.
