Francesca Cabañeros is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Housing Supports Services at WoodGreen Community Services since November 2023. Francesca has been a Human Services Counsellor at St. Michael's Hospital since October 2021, where responsibilities include admitting and discharging clients in Withdrawal Management Services, assessing individual needs, and providing counselling and life-skills training.
