Nick Harpur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bid management and engineering. Currently serving as a Bid Manager at Wood Thilsted since September 2022, Nick previously held the position of Global Bids Manager at Lloyd's Register from November 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing proposals and leading a team in competitive bid processes. Prior to this, a significant period at Hayward Tyler saw Nick rise through various roles, culminating in Capability Manager, where key achievements included managing a ten-person team, optimizing quotation delivery, and leading cost reduction strategies. Nick's early career included roles focused on sustainability analysis and technical support, backed by a Master’s degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Warwick.
