Laure Grignon is an experienced professional in the field of oceanography and renewable energy, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of New Services at Wood Thilsted since February 2020. Previously, Laure held roles such as Lead Project Manager and Metocean Manager at Lloyd's Register, and Director at LGS Ltd, contributing to various projects including the Blyth Offshore Demonstrator and significant offshore wind initiatives in France. With a robust background in metocean analysis and project management, Laure's earlier experience includes technical analyst positions at RES-OFFSHORE and HR Wallingford, as well as scientific research during a PhD program in Oceanography at the University of Southampton. Laure's educational credentials also include an MSc in Oceanography and an MEng in Engineering from prominent institutions.
