Kain Cross is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a diverse background in the construction industry, currently leading projects at Wood Partners since May 2022. Previously, Kain held senior project management roles at Build Group, Inc. and Shangri-La Construction, where award-winning apartment projects were completed in downtown Long Beach. Kain's expertise includes significant project management experience at Lendlease, AvalonBay Communities, Roem Builders, Rock Construction & Management, and Bovis Lend Lease, contributing to multiple high-value developments across California. Kain also has a unique background as an international rugby player, representing the USA Eagles in 12 test matches, including the 2003 Rugby World Cup.
