With experience in managing Jabber, Webex accounts, Call Recording, and various IT services, Kyle has demonstrated expertise in the IT field. Before transitioning to the IT industry, Kyle worked as a Warehouse Assistant at Sainsbury's, where Kyle managed warehouse operations efficiently. Kyle also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sound Design from Edinburgh Napier University and a Higher National Diploma in Sound Production from New College Lanarkshire.
