Chloe Conrad is an accomplished Engagement Manager at Wonolo since March 2024, previously serving as Vice President at GQR Global Markets where responsibilities included headhunting top talent for STEM, Healthcare, and Mission Control teams while managing a team of recruiters. Prior roles at GQR Global Markets included Associate Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition. Chloe's experience at Robert Half as AVP, Sr Talent Manager focused on full-cycle recruiting and building relationships with top talent and local businesses in San Diego. Earlier positions include Division Director and Staffing Manager at Houzz, and multiple Branch Manager roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where strategies were implemented to enhance customer service and business performance. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California and attended the University of Cape Town.
