Rick Janssen MRE is a seasoned professional in asset management and real estate, currently serving as Senior Adviseur and Manager Vastgoedbeheer at Woonbedrijf since September 2021. With extensive experience in various management and consulting roles, Rick has a proven track record in overseeing renovation, sustainability projects, and optimizing maintenance policies across multiple organizations. Currently, Rick is also engaged in a traineeship with Wonen Limburg, while operating as the Owner of Janssen REM Consulting, where a focus on process optimization and project development is emphasized. Rick holds a Master of Real Estate degree from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and various certifications, including a Lean Green Belt.
