María Daniela Rivas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. María Daniela started their career as a Pasante de Administración de Personal at SGH Consultores C.A in 2010, where they were responsible for payroll preparation. In 2011, they joined EDiz Actuarial Services and Consulting as a Senior Consultant, specializing in analyzing the impact of employee benefits portfolios. María Daniela designed statistical calculation models and complied with accounting principles during their time there.

In 2017, María Daniela joined Escuela de Postgrado Neumann Business School as an Executive in the Quality Office, where they coordinated the evaluation process for professional certifications. María Daniela achieved milestones such as creating comparative indicators and organizing meetings with the Ministry of Education. Moving forward, they worked as an Assistant Logistician at Consorcio Calana, where they achieved accomplishments such as creating a price comparison template and negotiating with suppliers for construction materials.

In 2019, María Daniela became an Executive of Academic Services at Neumann Business School, focusing on user and student support, managing helpdesk services, and organizing graduation ceremonies and seminars.

In 2020, they joined Hypergrowth as a Lead Data Analyst, and in 2021, they worked as part of the Sales Department at Wonderly, handling CRM, emailing, and metric analysis. At Wonderly, they were later promoted to Chief of Operations, where they played a key role in launching a new operational business unit, optimizing results, executing strategic initiatives, and launching new products or services.

María Daniela Rivas has a diverse education history. In 2006, they attended the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they pursued a degree in Relaciones Industriales, specializing in Gestion de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. María Daniela completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2016, María Daniela Rivas pursued an Especialización en Administración de Empresas at the same university, focusing on Mención Finanzas. In 2017, they attended Escuela de Postgrado Neumann for a short period to earn an MBA in Administración de Negocios Internacionales.
