Lilach Iasur Kruh is the Co-Founder & Director of Technology at Wonder Veggies, a company that has developed technology to grow probiotic vegetables and fruits. Lilach is also a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at Braude Academic College, specializing in environmental microbiology and plant-microbe interactions. Lilach holds a PhD in microbial ecology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc in microbial ecology from Ben Gurion University.
