Leonard Presberg has a diverse work experience. Leonard served as the CFO at Women's Medical Center from 2009. Leonard also worked as a Dad at Presberg-Moore House starting from 1990. Leonard held the role of Post 4 at Fayette County Board of Education from November 2011 to December 2022. Additionally, Leonard served as the Chair of Fayette County Democratic Committee from January 2015 to December 2018. Leonard was also the Headmaster at Hill Country Montessori from 2006 to 2009.

Leonard Presberg attended Oberlin College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study. Leonard completed their undergraduate education in 1989. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of Richmond School of Law from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, during their time at Oberlin College, Leonard also majored in two areas: Computer Science and Government.
