Christa Palancia Esposito is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in academia and midwifery. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Fairfield University since September 2016, Christa has also held roles as Assistant Professor and Visiting Professor of Nursing at the same institution. In addition to academic duties, Christa has been a midwife at Women's Health Connecticut since May 2007 and operates as a healthcare legal consultant since January 2019. Previous positions include nursing instructor at Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and midwifery roles at several hospitals including Norwalk Hospital and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Christa holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University.
