LaCora B. currently serves as the Vice President of Community Impact at the Women's Foundation of Minnesota, a position held since February 2021. Prior experience includes Program Director at the African American Leadership Forum, where program leadership and community engagement were key responsibilities. LaCora has also held roles at the Corporation for National and Community Service as a Program Officer, managing grants and building partnerships, and at Pillsbury United Communities, serving as Director of Public Allies among other positions. LaCora's educational background includes a BA in Social Sciences and Psychology from The College of St. Scholastica and a certification in Public Policy Analysis from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
