Kathleen Macias-Torres, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director of Community Innovations at Arc of Westchester and holds a board member position at Nonprofit Westchester. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, Kathleen has previously held roles such as Executive Director at Sparc, Inc. and AllCare Provider Services, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, managing substantial budgets, and directing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additional contributions include serving as an Associate Executive Director at Community Resources Center for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. and as Program Director at AdvoServ.
