Elvira (Elle) Ballard is the Founder and Executive Director of Womenoftheworldnetwork, established in March 2019 to elevate women's narratives globally and connect individuals from 23 countries, successfully helping over 45 women achieve International Bestseller Author Status. As a certified Leadership Trainer and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team since January 2017, Elvira empowers individuals and teams through leadership development. Prior experience includes roles in direct sales, marketing communications, and business development, along with an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
