Shrupti S. is a distinguished leader in public sector consulting, currently serving as Managing Director at Monitor Deloitte since September 2007. Recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of DC for 2023 and 2024 by Women We Admire, Shrupti S. has led critical initiatives related to the President's Management Agenda and the Customer Experience Strategy for the U.S. Office for Management and Budget, as well as strategic planning for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. Previous roles include Director at the Department for Work and Pensions, Senior Policy Advisor at HM Treasury, and Manager at Capgemini, among others.
