Pinelopi Theodorakakou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. As a co-founder of inc•lude since July 2023, Pinelopi focuses on supporting businesses and organizations in developing effective and sustainable DEI initiatives. Since April 2018, Pinelopi has also served as a co-founder of Women On Top. Prior roles include Digital Communications Manager and Communications & PR Executive at KORRES from May 2008 to November 2017, Communications Coordinator at Parthenis Fashion House from May 2007 to April 2008, and Marketing Assistant at ODEON from 2005 to 2007. Pinelopi's academic background includes an Accredited Diploma in Coaching from Athens Coaching Institute, a Master's degree in Public Communication & Public Relations from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies from the University of Sussex.
