The Advisory Roles team at Women on Boards provides guidance and support to women seeking positions on corporate boards. They assist in identifying suitable non-executive director (NED) opportunities, offer mentorship and coaching, and facilitate networking connections, all while advocating for greater representation of women in leadership roles. The team also presents at events and actively engages with stakeholders to promote equity in board governance.
