Fiona Mc Dermott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, implementation, and process development. Currently a member of Women of Customer Success since June 2023, Fiona previously held various roles at Immedis, a UKG Company, from August 2021 to March 2024, advancing from Implementation Project Coordinator to Sr. Implementation Project Manager. With a solid foundation in project execution as a Sr. Project Executive at CIPD Ireland from November 2017 to July 2021, Fiona also contributed to FBD Insurance as a Sr. Underwriter and Governance Coach and undertook multiple short-term contracts focusing on IT administration. Earlier positions include a Sr. Analyst at Dell and a Content Development Lead at SkillSoft, beginning a career at Microsoft as a Group Administrator. Education includes a degree in Business Studies from Crehan Commercial College.
