Monica Brunson is an accomplished professional in the travel and hospitality industry with extensive experience at American Airlines since August 2014, holding roles such as Guest Experience Manager for Premium Service in Charlotte and Manager of Premium Guest Services in Raleigh-Durham. Previously, Monica served as a Flight Service Manager and Customer Care Manager at US Airways, contributing to customer service excellence from October 2013 to August 2014 and from August 2006 to October 2013, respectively.
