Mary Aregoni has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality and The James Beard Foundation, while also being a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier International. As CEO and founder of Bang Chop, Mary introduced a new brand concept to Chicago, and as founder and owner of Saigon Sisters, successfully expanded the Vietnamese food offerings in the downtown area. Previous roles include restaurant ownership at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and vendor services at Chicago French Market, alongside a lengthy tenure as IT Systems Manager at Procter & Gamble. Mary holds advanced degrees in International Business and Marketing, complemented by executive education through Kellogg Executive Education.
