Kim Francis, Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services joined Women & Infants Hospital in June 2022. Kim has over 32 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing and started her nursing career as a staff nurse at Women & Infants in 1990. Kim is the Nurse Director of the Postpartum, Level 1 Nursery, Antepartum, Special Care Nursery, and Interim Director for the Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
