Melanie Shook is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client services, operations, and customer experience across multiple industries, currently serving as General Manager for ADP's South Region - Small Business Services. In previous roles at ADP, Shook successfully led the National Account Services - Benefits Division and transformed client experiences for National Accounts. Prior to ADP, Shook was Vice President of Customer Experience at Neustar, Inc., and held key managerial positions at T-Mobile USA, Recall, Interland, Covad Communications, and Qwest Communications, where significant improvements in performance metrics and operational efficiency were achieved. Shook holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, complemented by an Executive Program at Stanford University.
