Luisa Marquez Richards currently serves as a Territory Industry Sales Executive at Autodesk since 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member for WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement since 2020. Luisa's previous experience includes a role as Partner - Business Platform Strategy Leader for Latin America at IBM in 2023, where Luisa defined and developed commercial strategies, significantly increasing opportunities in the region. Luisa also led IBM Consulting in Peru and Ecuador from 2020 to 2022, overseeing a vast team of consultants and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Luisa spent two decades at Oracle, occupying various leadership positions, including Managing Director, where Luisa spearheaded successful digital transformation initiatives, achieving notable sales growth. Luisa holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela and has completed several professional programs at prestigious institutions, including MIT and IESE Business School.
