Kristin Bennett is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and creative operations. Currently a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since May 2023, Kristin has served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Production at Rue Gilt Groupe since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading over 50 employees across various teams and achieving significant cost reductions through process improvements. Previous roles include Senior Director of Creative & Marketing Operations at Talbots, and multiple positions at Rue La La, where contributions included overseeing e-commerce production and driving operational efficiencies. Kristin's early career features roles at luxury brands such as Giorgio Armani and Ralph Lauren, complemented by a BA in Finance from Boston College.
