María Jesús de Arriba Díaz has a strong background in language services and localization, spanning a career of over 20 years. María Jesús currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Global Language Services at Workday. Prior to this, María held several leadership roles at various organizations such as Globalization and Localization Association (GALA), Women in Localization, and Think Global Forum. María Jesús also worked as Director of Strategic Accounts at Vistatec and as Chief Operations Officer at Cipherion Translations. María began their career as a Freelance Translator before gaining experience at Eurotext Translations and EUROLOGOS GROUP. Their expertise lies in program and chapter management, strategic accounts, and digital marketing localization. María is also actively involved in the language services industry, serving in various board positions and committee memberships.

María Jesús de Arriba Díaz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Translation & Interpreting from the Universidad de Salamanca. María Jesús pursued their education at this institution from 1994 to 1998.
