Caz Lacey is an experienced professional in the gaming and esports industry, currently serving as the Executive Search - Global Head of Video Games and Esports at Creative Artists Agency since February 2020. In addition, Caz acts as an Ambassador for Women in Games WIGJ since July 2020. Previous roles include various positions at Odgers Berndtson from August 2015 to February 2020, including Consultant and Senior Researcher in the Global Gaming Practice. Caz began the career at True North Human Capital Limited as an Executive Search Consultant and Associate from September 2012 to June 2015. Caz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History from Durham University and completed high school at Queen Margaret's School, York.
