The Program Management Team at Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of initiatives aimed at the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in the cybersecurity field. This includes organizing and managing events such as conferences, career fairs, and webinars, coordinating mentoring and training programs, and collaborating with Strategic Partners and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of WiCyS’ mission-driven activities. The team ensures all programs align with the organization's goals to build a diverse and robust cybersecurity workforce.
