Kristen Gray Psychas currently serves as an Advisor for Women in Customer Success since January 2024 and is a Success Network Founding Member at Vitally.io since October 2023. Previously, Kristen held the position of Director of Customer Success at Banzai from April 2023 to September 2024, and also worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at both ClientSuccess from August 2021 to April 2023 and Nutshell CRM from March 2017 to August 2021, where Kristen progressed from Customer Success Specialist to Manager. Additional experience includes a role as Sales Merchandising Manager at Anthropologie from January 2013 to January 2017 and serving as an Assistant Language Teacher at ACADEMIE DE LILLE from January 2010 to January 2013. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Michigan State University.
