Kate Rees Davies is an accomplished professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as the Head of Programming at The WICT Network since January 2023, focusing on empowering and educating women in Entertainment, Media, and Tech. As the Founder of The Directors Chair 50/50 Workshop, initiated in January 2020, Kate has developed an advanced directing program that has successfully helped participants raise over $150,000 for their projects.
