As a pioneer from the financial technology profession, Deborah worked on Wall Street for four decades at American Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange and BNY Mellon. She led numerous multi-team development efforts on key strategic, security and infrastructure programs. She also led numerous initiatives to comply with Federal Reserve and Security Exchange Commission regulatory mandates. During her career, Deborah participated in and frequently led corporate sponsored mentoring and sponsorship programs designed to enhance the career of women technologists.

Deborah is solidly grounded in computational science, and technology management having received two Master of Science degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is certified from the Project Management Institute as a Project Manager, and an Agile Career Professional.

Deborah is also a certified as a Career Service Provider from the National Career Development Association with a private coaching practice, Beyond The Glass Ceiling. Through this practice, she sees clients privately specializing on career advancement for women in technology. She has appeared as a guest speaker for numerous women Employee Resource Groups.
