Frincy Clement is a Principal Data Scientist at ADP since January 2023, and an Expert Member of the AI Governance Alliance at the World Economic Forum since February 2024. As the Head of North America and Ambassador for Canada at Women in AI, Frincy leads initiatives to enhance female representation in AI. Frincy's involvement extends to multiple organizations, serving as a Steering Committee Member for the AI and Data Governance Collaborative at the Standards Council of Canada, and as an Advisor for the Responsible and Secure AI Working Group at the Cyber Future Foundation. Previous roles include Manager of Data Science & Analytics and Senior Data Scientist at TELUS Business, along with positions at AltaML, Computronix, Supply Chain Canada, and Verbalized Ltd. Frincy holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alberta, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering.
